Global configuration
Navigate to the global configuration page from the admin panel by following the path MainMenu > Components > Joomlab Translation > Global configuration
- Disable translate inline: This option will disable the direct translation feature on each input field within content editing pages, and the flags will be hidden.
- Include extensions: When the direct translation feature is disabled, a list of extensions will appear. If any of these extensions are selected, they will have direct translation disabled, while other extensions will remain unaffected. If no extensions are selected, the setting will apply to all.
- Fields (com_fields) exclude field names: When the direct translation feature is disabled, a list of extensions will appear. If any of these extensions are selected, they will have direct translation disabled, while other extensions will remain unaffected. If no extensions are selected, the setting will apply to all.
- Fields (com_fields) valid field types: For the Fields component, enter the names of the fields you want to exclude from translation, separated by commas (,).

Extensions: Include field namesPRO: Extensions will default to selecting which fields can be translated. Naturally, when these components are interacted with by third-party developer plugins, additional fields may become translatable. This feature allows you to input the names of fields to be translated (separated by commas). For eg:
com_content:article:note, com_content:article:attribs.show_hits, etc.
